I've been using Ping for quite a few years now, and I've always been really impressed by how quick the team is to tackle any problems. Recently, after setting up my own server with them, I discovered another layer of their service that blew me away. 2022 was a tough year for me, and I was feeling the pressure. When I approached them with a unique request, they jumped right in and collaborated with me to find a solution that actually worked. They were super patient while I got myself ready to dive back in. That kindness really stuck with me, and I highly recommend working with them because their team is truly exceptional!

Sure, there are times when they aren't available due to time zone differences, but when they are, they respond quickly and assist with nearly anything. Honestly, I could stub my toe and ask for advice, and they'd still get back to me! If you're considering a hosting service for your game server, definitely choose them—you won't regret it.

The server runs incredibly well for the cost, with a 30-slot server priced under £25 a month—this seems to be one of the top deals around.

I upgraded my trial right away and so far, I’d definitely recommend this company. We haven’t had the chance to really push the performance with a lot of players yet, but I’ll update this review if needed; everything looks promising up to this point.

I gotta say, the support I received was top-notch. They were super eager to go the extra mile to assist me, even though my problem was pretty minor. They handled it and got back to me right away after I submitted my ticket. In less than 20 minutes, my whole issue was sorted out. This is truly impressive service, especially for the rep who helped me out.
